I was so glad to see your notice on the bulletin board at Tidal Creek. I'm thrilled that Wilmington has an Alexander Teacher. I will be in touch.

I stumbled on your website and just love it! I am a Pilates Instructor in Wilmington, NC. I have a dance background, though I no longer do it professionally. I've done a bit of Feldenkreis in the past. I think best when moving. I have the typical aches and pains of someone who has abused her body the dance world. I often have clients that I am unable to really help and it would be good for me to know of another method that might be more effective than exercise in easing pain. I know it has much to do with how one lives and moves through everyday life. I think it would be really good for me to try Alexander technique in helping myself and possibly recommending it to others.

Your violin playing at my wedding was gorgeous and I'll never forget the sound of it drifting across the Adirondack Mountains as I walked down the aisle. You truly are a master of your art.

Hey Abby! Thanks for all of the amazing Alexander experiences while you were out here in Michigan. Hope Texas is well for you, Timothy

Abby, you have helped me a lot with playing violin/fiddle in a more relaxed way than I was doing before. Also, my bowing and intonation have improved. Have you considered putting up mp3s of your masters recital for download?
